Arrival Policy
You Knead This is a Pre-Paid Services and Treatment Private Clinic and works by appointment or accept a client as a walk-in. Keep in mind , Fairfield traffic, remaining balance payment , filling out paperwork, switch out of your regular clothes into your sports wear or shorts and prepare for the service.
Please be mindful if it's your 1st Appointment. Your time will be shortened if there is no proper communication. Please call or text if running behind.
Late Arrival Policy
If you will be late, I appreciate your phone call, but your original session time will be shortened and the therapist will provide you the remaining time of treatment . No exceptions.
No Show-No Call
Is not rescheduled and your money will not be reimbursed ,since a Licensed massage Therapist, (many of them on-call) , need to be rewarded for the time waiting at the clinic, and lost opportunity to provide pre-pay service to another client.
You will lose the deposit and will need to pay in full with every future appointments, no exceptions.
Package / Series
If you will be paying for a series or package of treatments/service, the full package price must be paid in full before first appointment. If you will only be paying for a single session, it will not be included in packages later. Once you buy a series /package and have booked all your appointments in my system , will not give a refund if you miss a day or cancel your appointments.
Services are not Transferable
Monies paid, or service/treatment paid are not transferable to any other potential or current client. Packages can not be shared, each client must pay for their own service/treatment. Deposits are individually for each client.
Photos/Videos
It is prohibited to take photos or videos of the clinic without written consent or converse. You Knead This is a Private Practice.
You Knead This will record videos and or take pictures only under the client/patient's authorization and for educational purposes only, the company commitment is not to reveal names, faces, instagram IDs or personal information.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an individual appointment. Chronic Injury treatments require 48 hour prior to secured date and time. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our service/treatments.
